Conversion of an Industrial Building into Residential Apartments in Berlin Friedrichshain

A former factory building was proposed for conversion into residential apartments. Following the necessary consultations and regulatory checks with the relevant authorities, a preliminary design was developed to assess the building’s potential.

The study resulted in a proposal for 42 residential units, with a total area of approximately 3,845 m².

The design aimed to create generous spaces and clear, well-defined layouts.
