The project involves the complete renovation of a single-family house located within a historic wine estate in Jerez de la Frontera. The refurbishment introduces a contemporary touch while preserving the charm and history of the place.

The kitchen area, originally divided into four separate sections, is transformed into a spacious, open-plan kitchen. The rhythm of the façade elements is accentuated, while natural light from the inner courtyard becomes a central feature of the space, creating a distinctive atmosphere.

 

A former dining room is converted into a bedroom. The new bedroom features a barrier-free bathroom designed to accommodate wheelchair users.

 

The master bedroom is enlarged by incorporating a cosy reading nook, creating a private retreat for relaxation and reading.
